Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Rental Housing Customer Service Representative at the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will assist renters, tenants, and property managers with resources and referrals, while learning HUD rental assistance programs and FHA mortgage programs through ongoing training.

Responsibilities include fielding calls on multifamily rental assistance, handling calls about buying homes, using SOPs, and documenting interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of property management experience plus 1 year in contact center or telephone customer service.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including credit check and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Field phone calls on multifamily rental assistance requests per SOPs.
• Handle backup calls about buying homes and servicing loans.
• Provide information and resources to deliver customer service excellence.
• Use knowledge base and SOPs to answer customer requests.
• Document customer phone communications in an internal database.
