Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Rental Housing Customer Service Representative at our FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN to assist renters, tenants, and property managers with resources and referrals related to HUD rental programs. As part of the role, you will field calls on multifamily rental assistance, document communications, and provide information with a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications include a HS diploma, 2 years property management plus 1 year call center or telephone

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in property management and 1 year in call center or phone support.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (credit check and background).
• English or bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle rental housing inquiries via phone per SOPs.
• Provide information and referrals to renters, tenants, and property managers.
• Document conversations in internal system.
• Assist buyers/homeowners with mortgage related requests.
• Deliver customer service excellence.
