Job summary

Leidos Inc in Indianapolis, IN is seeking full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join the FHA Resource Center, supporting HUD's Office of Single-Family Housing. You will assist renters, homebuyers, and homeowners with housing-related requests and provide access to FHA mortgage programs through guided SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Bilingual and fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience navigating knowledge bases and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages.
• Utilize SOPs to answer customer requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume call center and address complaints.
• Document customer email and phone communications in an internal database.
