Job summary

Leidos is seeking a full-time Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative at the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will support HUD in its mission by handling FHA guidelines inquiries and mortgage servicing questions, using multiple systems to locate accurate information.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits from day one, ongoing training, PTO, holidays, and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years mortgage servicing work history.
• 1+ year contact center or telephone customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Monday–Friday schedule, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Use knowledge of mortgage servicing to locate answers in a knowledge database.
• Follow standard operating procedures for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
