Job summary

Leidos is seeking full-time Mortgage Servicing Professionals for the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. The Mortgage Servicing Customer Service team supports HUD and provides guidance on FHA mortgage policies. The role offers a weekday schedule with benefits from day one and paid time off.

You’ll handle calls and emails, document interactions, and stay current on FHA processes. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of mortgage servicing, and 1 year in a contact

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage servicing work history.
• Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance with background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Use knowledge base to locate answers and acknowledge client requests.
• Follow SOPs for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
