Job summary

digitalJ2, LLC is seeking a Solutions Consultant to deliver HubSpot builds and enablement within a POD-led framework. Translate business requirements into scalable configurations, migrations, automations, and reporting to drive early adoption and measurable impact.

You will implement data models, execute migrations, and document decisions while maintaining strong client collaboration and on-time delivery. This role emphasizes QA, training, and repeatable delivery patterns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on HubSpot implementation experience (Sales Hub/Service Hub; Marketing Hub a plus).
• Strong CRM data model thinking, properties, pipelines and automation logic.
• Proven migration experience: mapping, imports, dedupe, validation.
• Quality mindset: test, document, and reduce rework.
• Comfortable with client-facing sessions and trainings.
• Strong written communication: specs, SOPs, Loom scripts.
• Solid delivery hygiene: manage tasks and dependencies in JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, views, workflows, lists, forms, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Implement the designed data model and lifecycle (standard + custom objects).
• Execute data migrations and connect approved integrations as specified.
• Maintain project hygiene in Asana/JIRA with status updates and time logs.
• Document decisions, edge cases, and SOPs for future support and reuse.
• Lead or co-lead role-based trainings for end users and create enablement materials.
