Job summary

1406 Consulting is hiring a Client Success Manager to lead HubSpot implementations and own client outcomes end-to-end. This remote role focuses on delivering successful projects for B2B clients and growing accounts within the HubSpot ecosystem.

You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build trusted client relationships while driving adoption of HubSpot solutions and ensuring measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, HubSpot implementations, or client success.
• Experience running software implementations and managing timelines across stakeholders.
• Prior HubSpot platform experience.
• Strong project management skills using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage HubSpot project plans from kickoff through completion.
• Define timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across all work streams.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and misalignment—and drive resolution.
• Hold both internal teams and clients accountable to agreed timelines and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear, scoped recommendations.
