Job summary

Growth is a remote-first operations firm specializing in revenue systems, HubSpot design, and integrations for mid-market and enterprise clients. The Implementation Specialist will translate approved plans into scalable HubSpot builds, partnering with Strategists and the delivery team.

You will own HubSpot configuration, automation, data migrations, reporting, and documentation, with a focus on clean, accurate builds and proactive problem-solving. This is a hands-on internal role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (admin or implementation).
• Experience building workflows, properties, and pipelines.
• Strong spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and imports.
• Working understanding of how sales, marketing, and service use a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot properties, pipelines, users, and forms.
• Build workflows and lead routing.
• Prepare and import data; support migrations.
• Create reports and dashboards.
• Document builds and create user guides.
