Job summary

CX Alliance seeks a technical RevOps Manager to own the revenue engine with HubSpot at the center. The role requires 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, with deep HubSpot expertise and strong Python skills.

You will design the end-to-end HubSpot setup, manage the revenue process from lead to renewal, and build integrations with other tools. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, solid SQL and database knowledge, experience with HubSpot API integrations, and clear English

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops.
• Deep HubSpot experience (Operations Hub, workflows, custom objects, reporting).
• Solid Python skills (scripting, API work, data handling).
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with the HubSpot API and integrating third-party tools.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue outcomes.
• Clear written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot setup end to end.
• Design and maintain the revenue process from lead to renewal.
• Build integrations and automations between HubSpot and other tools.
• Write Python scripts and SQL queries for data cleanup and reporting.
