Scale Army Careers is seeking a HubSpot Administration/RevOps specialist to optimize revenue operations within a growing health and wellness SaaS company. You will own HubSpot configurations, automation, and reporting to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.

Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and onboarding teams, you will implement structured processes, own hub processes, and ensure reliable systems as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HubSpot administration or RevOps experience.
• Strong skills in workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of HubSpot in a growing SaaS company.
