Job summary

A technology services company is seeking a detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize their HubSpot CRM and marketing automation systems. In this full-time role, you will support Marketing, Sales, and Service teams by maintaining data accuracy and ensuring efficient processes. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with HubSpot or similar platforms, along with excellent analytical and organizational skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years of HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform experience.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot data structure, workflows, and reporting.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Experience with RevOps, marketing ops, or sales ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HubSpot admin for CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Maintain data accuracy through routine audits, property management, and list hygiene.
• Build and optimize workflows, sequences, lead routing, and automation.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making across teams.
• Manage user roles, permissions, pipelines, and custom objects.
• Oversee integrations with third-party tools and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Train and support internal teams on HubSpot features and best practices.
