OpenKrill, a growing health and wellness SaaS company, seeks a HubSpot RevOps Administrator. This fully remote role covers data hygiene, pipeline management, and workflow optimization across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and onboarding.

You will maintain CRM records, build automations, and produce dashboards to support leadership with revenue analytics. The ideal candidate has hands-on HubSpot experience and a diligent, process-driven mindset.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in CRM administration or RevOps.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, and onboarding teams.
• Strong data hygiene and process documentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain automations and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HubSpot records, properties, pipelines, and permissions.
• Ensure data cleanliness and consistent CRM structure.
• Build and maintain workflows, lead routing, and notifications.
• Support lifecycle stages and account handoffs across teams.
• Monitor automations and document best practices.
• Provide user support and training on HubSpot processes.
