Job summary

RevPartners LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own end-to-end Fast Track HubSpot implementations for client projects. You will configure CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reports while ensuring delivery quality and on-time execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in implementation or project management and at least 1 year using HubSpot in a customer-facing role. You’ll collaborate with Sales and PX teams to ensure smooth transitions and provide clear, actionable

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in implementation and/or project management.
• 1 year experience using HubSpot.
• Experience in a customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HubSpot Fast Track implementations using templates and best practices.
• Configure core HubSpot components including CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reports.
• Own delivery quality and timelines for assigned clients.
• Communicate Fast Track scope clearly and manage out-of-scope requests with confidence.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and PX to ensure smooth delivery transitions.
• Maintain clear documentation for builds and client handovers.
