Qualifications
- 3+ years in similar agency or HubSpot Partner role.
- HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Certified, Inbound Certified) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to drive customer success and satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Implement HubSpot functionality across multiple client hubs independently.
- Collaborate with Client Success to align HubSpot solutions with client goals.
- Manage and execute HubSpot projects and ongoing retainer work.
- Provide training, support, and resources to clients.
- Monitor accounts, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve issues.
