Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join our team on a contract/freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients optimize and manage their HubSpot platforms, from implementation and customization to ongoing support and strategy. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop solutions that drive their marketing, sales, and service processes forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead HubSpot implementation projects, setting up and configuring marketing, sales, and service hubs to align with client objectives.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their Revenue Operations (RevOps) needs and develop solutions to integrate marketing, sales, and customer service functions.
  3. Configure custom workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards to ensure effective marketing strategies and measure their impact.
  4. Analyze client data to provide actionable insights through advanced reporting, helping clients optimize their use of HubSpot.
  5. Conduct client onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize the value of HubSpot’s tools and features.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot integrations, data migration, and platform optimization.
  7. Work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project delivery and provide ongoing recommendations for system improvements.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a HubSpot Consultant or in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of HubSpot tools and features across the Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  3. Ability to configure and optimize HubSpot CRM, including custom workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
  4. Experience with client onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  5. Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with third-party apps and tools.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. HubSpot certifications are a plus (HubSpot Data Management, HubSpot CRM Implementation, RevOps, Customer Onboarding).
