We’re adding another talented specialist to keep pace with demand.

Important: This is a systems‑builder role focused on HubSpot architecture and technical delivery. If your HubSpot background centers on running campaigns or writing copy, this likely isn’t the right fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of scoped HubSpot implementations.
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions, define MVP approaches, and set clear success metrics.
  • Architect & Configure HubSpot (Pro & Enterprise) – CRM objects & pipelines, automation workflows, ticketing, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, dashboards, attribution.
  • Collaborate with Web and Architecture practices on cross‑functional technical projects.
  • Advise clients as a trusted consultant—ask high‑impact questions, challenge assumptions, and keep work tied to outcomes.
  • Document & Train : build admin guides, run live walkthroughs, and hand off ownership confidently.
  • Project‑Manage : hold timelines, communicate proactively in Slack & Asana, and escalate blockers with context.
  • Innovate with AI tools (HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Make, etc.) to drive implementation efficiency.
Must‑Have Skills
  • 3+years hands‑on HubSpot implementation across multiple Hubs.
  • Deep functional knowledge of HubSpot Sales, Marketing & Service Hubs.
  • Fluent in CRM architecture, object relationships, automation, reporting, permissions, and user management.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Confident, empathetic communicator who can hold the room with C‑suite and end users alike.
  • Strong aptitude for AI – practical experience with AI productivity tools and a curiosity to keep learning.

  • HubSpot Solutions Partner & Academy certifications.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Zapier, Make, or custom APIs.
  • Complex migrations (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pardot, Marketo, Zendesk, NetSuite).
  • Prior agency or consultancy life.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range (US hires):USD $75000 – $90000 Year 1. DOE + performance bonus opportunities. Compensation for roles based outside the United States will be benchmarked to local market rates.
  • Medical: Growth covers 75% of premiums after 90 days.
  • 401(k): Company match — contributions vest after 2 years of service (you can begin contributing immediately).
  • PTO: 12 days + 10 holidays + office‑closure winter break.
