International Process Plants (IPP)—a global leader in the purchase, sale, and relocation of industrial process plants and equipment—is seeking an expert-level HubSpot Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, sales enablement, and brand visibility through data-driven campaigns and powerful content creation.

We’re looking for a results-oriented, tech-savvy marketer who thrives at the intersection of CRM automation, digital strategy, and creative execution with the ability to manage a high volume of campaigns in a dynamic — and fun — environment!

What You’ll Do

Own and Optimize HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub

• Manage end-to-end HubSpot workflows: campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Build and deploy a high-volume automated email campaigns and nurturing sequences that drive conversions, working closely in collaboration with cross-functional teams for content sourcing.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure CRM alignment, data integrity, and actionable lead pipelines.
• Track KPIs and marketing performance using HubSpot dashboards and analytics.
• Write and design high-impact content for email, web, blog, social media, print, and sales collateral.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with product launches, events, and inventory cycles.
• Contribute to SEM/SEO strategy and site content updates to improve traffic and engagement.

Enable Sales with the Right Tools

• Develop sales-ready materials: presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and client case studies.
• Translate technical product information into value-driven messaging.
• Identify customer success stories and convert them into marketing collateral and testimonials.

Expand Brand Presence

• Manage IPP’s social media platforms with content that reinforces our industry leadership.
• Support public relations efforts: press releases, conference materials, and thought leadership articles.
• Research and suggest topics for webinars, newsletters, and whitepapers.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub expertise.
• Background in B2B, industrial, or capital equipment sectors is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe visual tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinker and collaborative team player with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
