About the job:

We seek an experienced digital marketer to develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, leveraging data and automation to optimize client performance. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, embraces technology and AI, and can drive results strategically.

Qualifications include:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in planning and executing inbound and digital marketing campaigns. Agency or similar experience preferred.
  • Advanced skills in at least one platform: Google Ads/PPC or LinkedIn paid campaigns. Willingness to learn the other within 2 months if experienced in only one.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Pardot is preferred. Experience creating automation, reports, and dashboards is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct SEO audits and apply best practices to improve website performance aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with AI tools to assist with campaign analysis, optimization, and data-driven insights.
  • Conceptual thinker connecting marketing efforts to business goals and supporting long-term growth.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain strategies and results to teams and clients.
  • Strategic mindset for developing campaigns aligned with client goals.
  • Critical thinking to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and always seeking optimization opportunities.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely within the US (excluding California) from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
  • Strong desire to learn advanced analytics and leverage AI tools/platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Inherently kind and receptive to feedback, working well in a remote team.
Your Day-to-Day:

Campaign & SEO Reporting: Gather and report on campaign and SEO performance, build reports, refine strategies, and use AI tools for insights.

Campaign Building & Technical Expertise: Create effective campaigns in HubSpot, Pardot, LinkedIn, etc., ensuring alignment with strategies and leveraging automation and AI tools.

Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign performance, collaborate with team members, and use real-time data for continuous improvement.

Effective Campaigns: Ensure campaigns are error-free, optimized, and contribute to growth, with thorough checks and cross-team collaboration.

Campaign Insights & Communication: Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and communicate results clearly to clients and teams.

QA & Optimization Context: Provide feedback during QA, leverage AI and analytics for performance assessment, and collaborate with content/design teams.

CRM & Automation Management: Manage client CRM accounts, implement automation, integrate systems, and use data properties to understand outcomes.
