Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Hubspot Automation Specialist. This role involves managing and optimizing CRM systems, including organizing lead data, maintaining deal funnels, building dashboards, and supporting automation workflows across platforms like HubSpot and Attio. The position also includes light data research, uploading campaign content, and documenting standard operating procedures to ensure smooth integration with tools like social media, websites, and Google Ads.

Salary Range: Up to 90,000 per month.

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks:

• Manage funnels (create deals, update status, create tasks, etc.)
• Upload, organize, and update leads or other data into the CRM
• Pull missing data from online sources and enter into CRM
• QC existing data and flag missing data elements as needed
• Templated reporting and dashboarding within CRM
• Assist with the management of campaigns across channels within HubSpot
• Use scraping tools to generate lead lists for upload and outreach
• Assist with the creation of various CRM automations, workflows, and sequences
• System integration: Social Media Platforms, website form capture, and Google Ads
• Build a HubSpot reports dashboard
• Upload email and sequence contents from other team members to HubSpot
• Create and build SOPs on CRM management
• Manage Attio and integration
• Grow-into: Playbooks and document management
• Manage 2 clients for HubSpot tasks

Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience with CRM data management and automations
• 1+ years with HubSpot CRM for automations and sequences including Zapier
• Experience with list management (forms and objects) and cleaning
• Intermediate Google Sheets experience for data pulls / uploads (especially for list)
• Experience with marketing automation (sequences, workflows, reporting)
