The role includes travel (10–15%), a salary of $125,000–$145,000 with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) with company match.

About the Role

K. Hovnanian Companies is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own and support our enterprise HubSpot environment across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub. This role will help shape a major CRM implementation, then lead ongoing administration, governance, adoption, reporting, and continuous improvement after launch.

What You'll Do

As the HubSpot Administrator, you will:

1. Partner with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to configure HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
2. Own day-to-day HubSpot administration, including users, permissions, data hygiene, workflows, automation, and portal governance.
3. Manage integrations between HubSpot and internal systems through APIs, native connectors, and vendor partnerships.
4. Build dashboards and reporting for sales, marketing, homeowner service, and leadership teams.
5. Support user adoption through training, documentation, troubleshooting, and post-launch hypercare.
6. Maintain a roadmap of enhancements, platform improvements, and future HubSpot capabilities.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot professional who is technical, collaborative, and comfortable supporting both corporate and field users.

• 2-4+ years of HubSpot administration experience, preferably across multiple Hubs.
• Experience with workflows, custom objects, permissions, integrations, reporting, and CRM data quality.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM implementations, testing, migration validation, and post-launch support.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
• Analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
• HubSpot certifications preferred; experience in homebuilding, real estate, or field operations is a plus.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on HubSpot experience will be considered.

Work Environment

This role is performed in a professional office environment with moderate noise levels and includes approximately 10-15% travel, primarily for training and rollout support at regional division offices.
