Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own and support our enterprise HubSpot environment across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. You will shape the CRM implementation and lead ongoing administration, governance, adoption, and reporting after launch.

The role includes travel (10–15%), a salary of $125,000–$145,000 with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of HubSpot administration experience across multiple hubs.
• Experience with workflows, permissions, integrations, reporting, and data quality.
• Familiar with enterprise CRM implementations, testing, migration validation, and post-launch support.
• Strong communication skills; able to train non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot across Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs.
• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration, governance and data hygiene.
• Manage integrations via APIs and connectors.
• Build dashboards and reporting for multiple teams.
• Support adoption through training and documentation.
• Maintain a roadmap of enhancements and future capabilities.
