Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Marketing Operations & CRM Manager to run day-to-day HubSpot CRM operations, ensuring accurate data flows, effective workflows, and reliable integrations across platforms.

You will own system governance, train users, and partner with teams to support marketing and CRM goals. This role emphasizes technical operations rather than creative campaigns and offers a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in CRM or marketing operations; 2+ years owning a CRM platform
• Advanced HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub
• Experience integrating CRM with DAM, project management tools, or content tools
• Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and tracking

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot workflow inventory; set enrollment criteria, building and maintaining workflows; monitor errors and fix root causes.
• Keep syncs between HubSpot and connected systems (E1, ad platforms, call tracking, SMS/RCS).
• Manage connection to DAM (Asset Bank) including asset-campaign mapping and metadata.
• Manage connection to Asana; maintain campaign intake, triggers, and handoffs between project and campaign records.
• Manage connections to Canva, Adobe, content tools; maintain templates and brand asset governance.
• Train HubSpot users on operations standards; guide and review work of specialists, analysts, or contractors.
