Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Marketing Operations & CRM Manager to run the HubSpot CRM platform, own workflows, data flows, and integrations ensuring accurate lead and customer data. This role is technical and systems-focused, not campaign execution.

You will train users, supervise specialists, and maintain integrations with Asset Bank, Asana, and other tools while advancing data quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Five+ years in CRM or marketing operations, including ownership of a CRM platform or leading others.
• Advanced HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub; HubSpot certs preferred.
• Experience integrating a CRM with DAM/AD platforms and project tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.

Responsibilities

• Own the HubSpot workflow inventory; set enrollment criteria, branching, re-enrollment, and suppression.
• Keep syncs healthy between HubSpot and connected systems (ERP, ad platforms, call tracking, SMS/RCS).
• Manage Asset Bank connection; ensure asset-to-campaign mapping, metadata, naming, and permissions.
• Manage the connection to Asana; maintain campaign intake, triggers, and handoff between project and campaign records.
• Manage connections to Canva and Optimizely; maintain templates, brand assets, and tracking parameters.
• Train HubSpot users on operations standards and guide specialists, analysts, or contractors.
