Contractor Role – 10 hours per week – North Jersey/Remote
Our client provides strategic consulting and award-winning patient engagement programs that help pharmaceutical companies improve treatment adherence and self-management worldwide. They combine expertise in behavioral science, co design and technology to deliver effective solutions for life science organizations and healthcare providers focused on better patient outcomes. With 20 years of experience across 90+ diseases and 28 global markets, they bring proven insight and innovation to every project.
They are currently evaluating an expansion into Hub Services in the U.S. market. Their ambition is to develop a differentiated, high-touch model that orchestrates best-in-class partners and technology for transactional access functions as part of a behaviorally informed patient experience.
The Operational Hub Expert will serve as a senior, hands-on advisor to pressure-test the concept and translate it into a practical operating model and go-to-market plan. The role will help define how they can integrate benefits verification, prior authorization, affordability support, data connectivity, case management and other hub capabilities around an experience designed to improve patient activation, therapy initiation, adherence and persistence.
The role will also act as a market-facing subject matter expert, partnering with Business Development to validate customer needs, shape qualified opportunities, support prospect engagement and translate market feedback into a commercially compelling and operationally feasible Hub Services proposition.
Qualified candidates must have experience leading or advising U.S. pharmaceutical hub, patient-services, access or commercialization programs, demonstrated success designing or transforming hub operating models and bringing new services to market, strong knowledge of the U.S. vendor landscape, technology and data considerations, and regulatory and compliance dependencies and experience with complex or high-need therapy areas such as oncology, rare disease or cell and gene therapy is strongly preferred.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a purpose-driven, globally active business at a pivotal moment in its growth journey.
