Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Communicate effectively to maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent is preferred; management experience is a plus.
