UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, productivity, and attendance across a high-velocity warehouse. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and organized operations while promoting collaboration at all levels.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, managing resources, and developing personnel through regular coaching and evaluations. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week and varied shifts.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA requirements, and departmental procedures.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans and provide regular coaching and evaluations.
