Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Experience leading teams and supervising safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and train, develop, and manage safety and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, service, organization, and safety.
• Foster a positive team environment and cross-department cooperation.
• Implement personal development plans for department staff.
• Provide training and coaching, ensure orientation and safety materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies at all times.
