Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead Package Handlers, train workgroups, and uphold safety, production, and attendance standards across the operation. The role requires fostering effective communication, coordinating resources, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage shift schedules, and a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred, with management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
