UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop teams, and uphold safety, production, and attendance standards. The role focuses on leadership, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, improving productivity, and maintaining high service levels while coordinating with management and staff to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
