Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Leadership Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, productivity, and reliability. The role emphasizes developing staff, improving processes, and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration within the facility.

The position requires lifting ability, flexibility for shifts, and strong communication skills, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days/week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Develop and implement personal development plans for department staff.
• Ensure orientation, skills and safety training, materials, and regular evaluations are provided.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
