Job summary

UPS is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, production, and attendance standards. You will drive accuracy, customer service, organization, and effective communication across the department.

The role requires leadership to implement development plans, conduct orienting and coaching, and maintain proactive coaching to support growth and performance in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kg
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
