Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, productivity and attendance standards. The role sets high performance expectations and fosters a collaborative, safety‑driven work culture.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing resources for maximum output, and guiding employee development through orientation and coaching. Strong communication and physical ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Provides innovative leadership and cultivates relationships with personnel at all levels.
