Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee the daily workflow of HUB functions, including order fulfillment and inventory control. The role may involve leading one or more team members within HUB operations and coordinating with nearby stores, hubs, and suppliers for timely fulfillment.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and familiarity with store systems, plus the ability to operate equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail/inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate forklift if certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HUB operations and resolve HUB orders efficiently.
• Provide direction and delegate work to HUB team members.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage products and finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party drivers for logistics and documentation.
• Engage network to source parts and determine fulfillment options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and related records and policies.
• Communicate risks or concerns regarding orders promptly to leadership.
• Lead stocking activities and ensure completion within 24 hours.
