Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HUB functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and related processes. This role may lead 1 or more team members such as Hub Inventory Specialists and Hub Drivers, requiring strong knowledge of store systems, parts basics, and leadership experience.

You will review hub orders, coordinate with internal and third-party drivers, source parts, and ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a small team in a retail or logistics hub.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub orders and ensure timely processing.
• Lead hub team members and delegate tasks (Hub/Loop Drivers, Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Coordinate with stores, hubs, drivers and external suppliers for part sourcing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records, including cycle counts.
