Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HUB functions including order fulfillment, inventory control, and process execution. The role may involve supervising HUB Inventory Specialists and HUB Drivers and requires knowledge of store systems, parts, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities include directing HUB team members, ensuring timely hub orders processing, and maintaining accurate inventory with cross-store coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in retail or a hub/warehouse setting.
• Experience managing inventory and coordinating between stores and hubs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and use related equipment.
• Experience coaching and directing team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and ensure timely order fulfillment and process resolution.
• Direct and delegate work for hub team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialists).
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage products and complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and 3rd-party drivers for logistics and paperwork.
• Collaborate with store network to source parts and determine fulfillment options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and relevant hub records and procedures.
• Escalate risks or issues in order fulfillment to leadership.
• Lead stocking activities from replenishment orders and ensure completion within 24 hours.
