Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day HUB functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and team leadership. The role requires coordinating with stores, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely processing and accuracy of HUB activities.

You will maintain HUB standards, manage inventory accuracy, and work with store leadership on replenishment and logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to lead and train HUB team members.
• Knowledge of store systems and parts sourcing is beneficial.
• Willingness to operate forklift if certified and applicable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for HUB operations and resolution of HUB orders and processes in a timely manner.
• Provide direction, organize and delegate work and ensure execution related to leading HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review HUB orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and 3rd party drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Collaborate with stores to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions.
