Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage daily HUB functions, including store hub order fulfillment and inventory control. This full-time role may supervise Hub Inventory Specialist and Hub Drivers, requiring solid store systems knowledge and basic parts awareness.

You will coordinate with stores, hubs, and suppliers, ensuring 24-hour stocking where needed, and maintain hub records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Prior retail inventory management experience is required.
• Able to drive forklift if certified (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HUB operations and resolve HUB orders promptly.
• Direct and delegate work to HUB team members (Hub Inventory Specialist, Hub Drivers).
• Review orders, pull parts, stage product, complete paperwork.
