Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Hub Operations Lead to manage day‑to‑day HUB activities, drive order fulfillment, and maintain inventory integrity. You will lead HUB team members, coordinate with drivers and stores, and ensure paperwork and records are accurate and compliant.

The role requires strong communication, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to adapt to scheduling demands including nights and weekends. Prior retail/logistics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and resolve orders promptly.
• Direct and delegate work to hub team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review orders, pull parts, stage products, and complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and 3rd party drivers for delivery details.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with hub records and paperwork policies.
• Communicate risks or delays to store leadership.
• Lead stocking and replenishment activities.
