Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage daily HUB functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control and related processes. The role involves leading HUB team members and coordinating with nearby stores, hubs, and suppliers to ensure timely parts availability.

The position requires strong knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, and safety and attendance at store meetings. This is a full-time role with opportunities to grow within the network.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience with inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to lead other Team Members in HUB operations.
• Knowledge of store inventory, parts and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to work with store systems and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HUB operations and ensure timely hub orders and processes.
• Direct and delegate work for HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage product and finalize paperwork.
• Communicate with drivers and store network to source parts and coordinate logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy including cycle counts, on-hand records and price changes.
• Lead replenishment stocking activities and ensure tasks complete within 24 hours.
