Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage daily hub functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and collaboration with drivers and stores. The role requires coordinating with store leadership to source parts, ensure accurate records, and drive on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has strong inventory systems knowledge, basic parts familiarity, and prior leadership experience in a retail or logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within retail or logistics environments.
• Proven leadership experience supervising hub or store teams.
• Knowledge of partslookup systems and store POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and timely fulfillment of hub orders.
• Direct and delegate work to hub team members (drivers and inventory specialists).
• Review orders, pull parts, stage products, and finalize paperwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and manage replenishment.
