Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day HUB functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and the associated processes across one or more HUBs. You will lead HUB Inventory Specialists and Hub Drivers, coordinate with nearby stores, pdq and suppliers, and ensure Hub standards are met while communicating risks to leadership.

Must have strong leadership and team supervisory experience.
Experience in returns, inventory management, and store operations preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders and processes in a timely manner.
Lead HUB related team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
Engage with stores, PDQ, and external drivers for fulfillment planning.
Maintain Hub records and ensure policy compliance.
Communicate risks or concerns regarding order fulfillment to store leadership.
Oversee stocking activities from replenishment orders and ensure completion within 24 hours.
