Job summary

You will act as the first line of contact for customers, resolve inquiries, support audits, and ensure packages are processed efficiently for timely delivery while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Typing, data entry and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to management and operational functions (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and answering phones).
• Review, research and/or enter data in systems to support respective area.
• Compile data and provide regular and adhoc reports to management.
