Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery to guide a team of ADEs responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners in the Hub Delivery program. Qualifications

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model
Provide hands‑on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability
