Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Hub Delivery.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design and partner experience.
