Job summary

Amazon Hub Delivery is seeking a Change Management Sr. Program Manager to run the day-to-day governance for all operational, technology, and policy changes impacting Hub Delivery partners and delivery associates across 7+ countries.

This hands-on role partners with operations, product, network planning, quality, finance, risk, and regional teams to ensure changes are visible, sequenced, and governed consistently worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all change management intakes end-to-end.
• Enforce freeze calendars across 7+ countries and readiness periods.
• Route stakeholder approvals through senior leadership gates.
• Manage exception requests during freeze periods with proper sign-off.
• Coordinate partner-facing messaging, training, and enablement.
• Align frameworks with worldwide delivery program Change Management teams.
• Identify patterns to codify repeatable components and close gaps.
• Develop metrics and post-launch review processes.
• Operate autonomously with high volume across regions.
