Responsibilities

• Oversee HUB operations and timely resolution of HUB orders.
• Direct HUB team members (Hub Inventory Specialist, Loop Drivers) and delegate tasks.
• Coordinate with drivers and stores for order fulfillment and logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts and manage paperwork policies.
• Lead stocking activities and ensure completion within 24 hours.
• Support safe and efficient delivery to customers as needed.
