Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day hub activities, order fulfillment, inventory control and related processes across store hubs. The role may supervise HUB Inventory Specialist and Drivers, requiring strong system knowledge and leadership.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with stores, hubs and carriers, ensure accurate stock levels, and drive safety and efficiency while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a retail or logistics environment.
• Ability to lead team members and coordinate tasks across HUB operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and ensure timely resolution of hub orders and processes.
• Direct and delegate work to HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review orders, pull parts, stage product and finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Engage with stores to source parts and arrange logistics when not in-network.
• Work with GM/DM/CSC to balance inventory levels and mix.
• Maintain hub records and comply with paperwork policies.
