Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail and inventory management is preferred.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to operate a forklift and basic material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HUB operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Direct and delegate work to HUB team members including drivers and inventory specialists.
• Review orders, pull parts, stage products, and complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external drivers for logistics solutions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Manage records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate risks or issues to store leadership promptly.
• Lead replenishment, stocking, and ensure completion within 24 hours.
