Job summary

Amazon is seeking a candidate to support local businesses applying to become Amazon Hub Delivery Partners responsible for making deliveries. You will work with Business Development Managers and Account Development Executives to help applicants complete web applications, verify insurance, and validate space.

The role involves building relationships with applicants, managing the onboarding pipeline, and communicating 1:1 by phone and email.

Qualifications

5+ years of Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
Experience in business-process design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement throughout team processes, identifying gaps and supporting resolutions.
Support implementations of team standards, writing SOPs and improving current documents.
Build relationships with applicants, small business owners and future Amazon delivery partners.
Communicate with applicants and future partners 1:1 with through phone and email.
Set proper expectations with applicants to ensure they’re setup for success.
Track and monitor applicants in the vetting and onboarding pipeline.
Track account activity and update pipeline in Salesforce.
Troubleshoot application errors and submit Tech tickets to Hub Tech partners to solve.
