Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience using data analytics to solve performance issues.
• Ability to earn non-CDL DOT qualification (paid by Amazon).

Aufgaben

• Manage driver training to established benchmarks including safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6+ Delivery Trainers with coaching and career development.
• Collaborate with DSPs, ORS, BCs to align training with goals.
• Oversee training activities and monitor key metrics like DSP Scorecard and OTR Quality.
• Drive process improvement using data to plan and implement best practices.
• Work in variable environments including outdoor activities; lift up to 49 pounds.
